Job description
• Support project planning, scheduling, and documentation
• Coordinate internal and external project communications
• Manage and organize project meetings (scheduling, invites, logistics)
• Write and distribute minutes of meetings in Arabic and English
• Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables
• Assist in resource and task coordination across teams
• Maintain and update project records and documentation
• Help manage risks, issues, and change requests
• Support the Project Manager and team in daily operational tasks
