Job description
As part of our Cybersecurity Consulting team, you will combine technical cybersecurity knowledge with strong research, stakeholder engagement and communication skills to help clients strengthen their cyber resilience and preparedness.
The opportunity
We are looking for experienced cybersecurity professionals to join our team and contribute to high-impact cyber security readiness. You will work closely with cybersecurity teams, client stakeholders, technology vendors and project teams to develop realistic scenarios, support exercise delivery, research emerging technologies and tools, and contribute to the overall success of the programme. Your key responsibilities

Support the planning, coordination and execution of cyber exercises.

Conduct research on cybersecurity technologies, Security Operations Centre (SOC) platforms, incident response solutions, threat intelligence tools and industry leading practices.

Assess and develop an understanding of security monitoring, detection and response technologies.

Facilitate workshops, training sessions and stakeholder meetings.

Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, lessons learned and project documentation.

Support knowledge transfer and capability-building activities for client teams.

Collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders across the engagement.
Skills and attributes for success

A strong technical foundation in cybersecurity and security operations.

Knowledge of cyber training, cyber exercises and cyber ranges.

Familiarity with key cybersecurity domains, including SOC operations, incident response, threat intelligence, threat hunting, SIEM and EDR technologies, vulnerability management and the MITRE ATT&CK framework.

The ability to research and understand SOC technologies, incident response platforms, security products and cybersecurity methodologies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

A self-motivated mindset, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills on the job.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to work directly with client stakeholders.

The ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
To qualify for the role, you must have

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in cybersecurity, computer science, information technology or a related discipline.

At least 10 years of professional experience in cybersecurity.

Demonstrated experience across cybersecurity and security operations domains.

Experience working with technical and non-technical stakeholders in complex environments.
-
Professional fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

SOC, IR, Red Team experience is preferred.
Ideally, you’ll also have

Experience in consulting, training delivery, workshop facilitation or other client-facing roles.

Experience supporting cyber exercises, or cyber resilience programmes.

Arabic language proficiency. Arabic-speaking candidates are strongly preferred.

One or more relevant professional certifications, such as CISSP, CEH, GIAC, CISM, Security+ or an equivalent cybersecurity certification.
