As an Operations Analyst I, you will be a professional member of our new Managed Services practice.

Your key responsibilities
- Manage assigned immigration cases end-to-end, ensuring timely progress, accurate documentation, and proactive issue identification.
- Manage high volume application drafting, reviewing documents and data analysis for Canadian temporary and permanent residency applications.
- Produce consistently high-quality work while adhering to firm, client, and immigration process standards.
- Ensure operational efficiency by following intake processes, reviewing cases within SLAs, and escalating issues promptly.
- Demonstrate strong workload management through prioritization, deadline awareness, and thorough review of all case materials.
- Contribute to team collaboration by participating in meetings, maintaining clear communication, and supporting team protocols.
- Uphold professional communication standards, including risk management procedures, timely email responses, and proper documentation.
- Leverage reporting tools and case management systems to monitor caseloads, maintain accurate records, and support quality assurance efforts.

To qualify for the role, you must have:
- A high School Diploma (required); College Diploma is considered an asset
- Experience working in a legal, immigration, or professional services environment (preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills - bilingualism is a preference
- Strong administrative skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management tools.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving ability
