EY VODW is seeking a dynamic and innovative Value Proposition & Customer Experience consultant to shape and communicate compelling value propositions for top Belgian and International clients. The role focuses on Value Proposition & Customer Experience (CX) projects and requires a professional with 3-6 years of experience.

 

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a consultant who can bring fresh perspectives and drive value creation for our clients.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Research and Analysis:
    • Perform industry trend analysis, market research, competitive landscape evaluations, and technology scans.
    • Identify unmet consumer needs and translate multidisciplinary research into actionable business opportunities.
  • Develop Value Propositions:
    • Craft compelling value propositions that address client needs and differentiate offerings in the marketplace.
    • Conceptualize and create new product-market combinations that align with client goals.
  • Customer Experience (CX) Projects:
    • Lead and manage CX projects, ensuring that customer insights are integrated into business strategies.
    • Use design thinking methodologies to enhance customer experiences and drive business results.
  • Strategic Planning and Implementation:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business development, marketing, and operations, to implement strategic plans.
    • Develop and deliver persuasive presentations to clients and stakeholders, communicating long-term strategies, findings, recommendations, and project status.
  • Market and Business Analysis:
    • Conduct viability studies, understand the market, and identify (potential) new revenue streams.
    • Envision industry trends and forecast market developments over a 5-10 year horizon.
  • Client Engagement and Facilitation:
    • Facilitate workshops with senior management to build consensus and establish a shared vision on value propositions.
    • Engage clients in discussions, prepare project proposals, and contribute to business development efforts.

Your Profile

  • Experience:
    • 3-6 years of professional experience in strategy, consulting, or a related field, with a focus on value proposition development and customer experience projects.
    • Experience in Financial Services is a plus, other service related service industries such as Telco, Energy, Public are a bonus
  • Analytical and Conceptual Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
    • Excellent conceptual skills to envision new products and services that meet future market needs.
  • Communication Skills:
    • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
    • Fluent in French or Dutch and English
  • Project Management:
    • Experience managing complex business projects, including customer experience initiatives and value creation projects.
    • Ability to lead project teams in a structured, organized, and agile manner, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met.
  • Design Thinking:
    • Familiarity with executing design sprints, ideation workshops, and concept creation using design thinking methodologies.
  • Collaboration and Leadership:
    • Strong people skills, including cross-functional collaboration, team management, and people development and coaching.
