As part of a global network of over 7,000 cyber experts and one of the world’s 63 Advanced Security Centers, we deliver innovative solutions across Cyber Strategy & Resilience, Offensive Security, Defensive Security, Cloud Security, and Privacy.

We are expanding our market-leading Cyber Managed Services practice and are looking for experienced professionals passionate about service delivery management, cybersecurity operations, and managed security services. In this role, you will lead the delivery of services such as Managed Detection & Response, Incident Response, and CISO-as-a-Service for a diverse portfolio of national and international clients across industry and government.

Your Key Responsibilities 

  • Serve as the primary contact for Cyber Managed Services clients, ensuring strong collaboration between client stakeholders and delivery teams.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with operational, security, and business stakeholders.
  • Oversee service governance, reporting, risk management, escalations, and continuous service improvement.
  • Ensure service quality and performance meet agreed objectives, service levels, and client expectations.
  • Coordinate onboarding, service transitions, and operational processes to enable smooth and effective service delivery.
  • Apply ITIL-based service management practices, including SLA management, reporting, change management, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop client relationships and identify new opportunities to expand Cyber Managed Services.
  • Support business development activities, proposals, service designs, and client presentations.
  • Collaborate with account teams, cyber leaders, and global specialists to bring innovative solutions to market.
  • Contribute to the growth and evolution of our Managed Services portfolio, including Managed Detection & Response, Incident Response, and CISO-as-a-Service.
  • Help shape future service offerings, methodologies, and delivery assets together with local and international teams.

 

Your Profile 

You have: 

  • You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Engineering, Business Engineering, or a related field.
  • You bring 5+ years of experience in Cyber Managed Services, ideally in a Service Delivery Management role.
  • You have experience managing service transitions and collaborating with clients, operations teams, and managed security service providers.
  • You possess a solid understanding of cybersecurity operations, including security monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, governance, and CISO office functions.
  • You have hands-on experience with ITIL-based service management, covering SLAs, governance, reporting, change management, and continuous improvement.
  • You excel at managing client relationships, translating technical performance into business value, and communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • You are a proactive relationship builder who can balance client expectations, operational priorities, and service quality objectives.
  • You combine strong analytical skills with a results-driven mindset and a commitment to quality.
  • You have an interest in business development and solution design, with experience supporting proposals, sales pursuits, or managed service offerings.
  • Relevant certifications such as ITIL, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, ISO27001, or GIAC/SANS are considered a plus.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is an asset.
  • Strong affinity with AI and genuine interest in applying new AI trends in a professional context;
