The Opportunity
As a Senior Marketing Consultant at EY Studio+ in Belgium, you will act as both a strategic advisor and a senior account lead. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, overseeing the delivery of complex projects and ensuring that all engagements meet the highest standards of quality and impact. At the same time, you will provide strategic guidance on marketing transformation, helping clients identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and customer engagement.
This role requires a balance of account leadership, strategic thinking, and delivery excellence. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinate projects across EY service lines, and ensure that every initiative creates measurable business value.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Client relationship leadership – Serve as the trusted senior contact for client stakeholders, ensuring alignment with their business objectives and providing strategic recommendations.
- Account ownership – Manage the overall health of assigned accounts, ensuring consistency, quality, and value creation across all projects and campaigns.
- Strategic advisory – Guide clients in shaping marketing strategies, customer journeys, and transformation initiatives, leveraging EY’s global expertise and capabilities.
- Business development – Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and support proposal development in collaboration with Partners and Directors.
- Project oversight – Supervise the planning and execution of marketing and CX projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and performance measurement.
- Cross-functional collaboration – Lead teams across disciplines (strategy, creative, data, technology) and foster collaboration across EY service lines to deliver integrated solutions.
- Insight & performance – Ensure all projects are supported by robust KPIs and insights, translating data into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in consulting, marketing, advertising, or related fields, with proven experience in account leadership and strategic advisory.
- Strong track record in managing senior client relationships and delivering multi-channel marketing or customer transformation programs.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Solid expertise in marketing strategy, digital transformation, customer experience, and/or MarTech solutions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at executive level.
- Proficiency in English is essential; fluency in Dutch and/or French is a strong advantage in the Belgian market context.
