Senior Manager - Team Lead - Banking Transformation

We have opportunities for dynamic banking consultants with a creative mindset, who demonstrate an affinity with new technologies and an interest in digital transformation. Among others, we are looking for an experienced team leader in banking.

• Experience as a team leader with a passion for coaching and people management
• Strong team spirit, balanced by a healthy sense of autonomy
• Outstanding analytical skills and pragmatic approach
• Solid communication and presentation skills both to operational teams and upper management
• Excellent knowledge of business English, and fluency in Dutch & French
• Strong professional experience (minimum 7 years), experience in consulting and/or banking is an asset as well as in large organization
• Master degree (applied economics, commercial engineer, etc.) or equivalent through experience
