The Opportunity: Your Next Adventure Awaits?

Resilience is becoming increasingly important for organizations across industries. Cyber incidents, technology dependency, supplier disruption, geopolitical uncertainty and evolving regulatory expectations are forcing organizations to think beyond traditional business continuity plans. They need practical resilience capabilities that work in real situations and help them continue delivering critical services.

As a Consultant within EY's Digital Risk team, specializing in Enterprise Resilience, you will work with clients across a wide range of industries to strengthen their resilience capabilities. From business continuity and crisis management to operational resilience and regulatory readiness, you will help organizations identify vulnerabilities, define improvement initiatives and implement practical solutions that enable them to continue operating during times of disruption. In this role, you will combine strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement and hands-on project delivery, helping clients address complex resilience challenges while contributing to the growth of a rapidly expanding team within Digital Risk.

  • Facilitate workshops and engage with business, risk, IT and executive stakeholders to validate assumptions, align priorities and drive improvement initiatives.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients by delivering high-quality work, communicating complex topics in a clear and pragmatic way, and acting as a reliable advisor throughout project delivery.
  • Participate in tabletop exercises, crisis simulations and resilience testing activities to assess and strengthen organizational preparedness.
  • Translate complex findings into management-ready deliverables, executive presentations and actionable improvement roadmaps.
  • Help clients navigate resilience-related standards and regulations, including BCM/ISO 22301, CERD, DORA, NIS2 and sector-specific expectations.
  • Contribute to the growth of EY’s Enterprise Resilience offering by supporting proposals, methodologies, thought leadership and innovative resilience solutions.
