In your role you will be expected to build trusted relationships with colleagues and clients. You will work on a variety of client projects, these include but are not limited to the following topics:

  • Cultural integration and transformation
  • HR strategy and transformation
  • Leadership development
  • Talent strategy and strategic workforce management
  • People in the context of M&A or reorganization
  • Learning strategies

Your Key Responsibilities

 

As a member of the People Consulting team you’ll be part of a team with a wide variety of experiences.  In your role as a Senior Consultant you will be expected to build trusted relationships with colleagues and clients.

 

Your specific role as a Senior Consultant is to:

  • Play an active role in growing our business. This entails understanding the potential client’s needs & further develop methodology and the practice.
  • Drive projects with a focus on the design and delivery. On these projects you'll determine that work is of a high quality.
  • Support in client management. This entails building trusted client relationships, developing proposals in line with the clients’ needs and making sure that we remain their trusted business partner. Part of the client role also means that you will provide innovative commercial insights for clients and contribute to thought leadership.
  • As an influential member of the team, you'll help to create a positive learning culture and will coach junior team members and help them to develop.

Your Profile

 

You have:

 

  • You have min. 3-4 years of demonstrated work experience in consulting or complex project management.
  • Master degree in economics or people related education such as: business engineering, business administration, applied economics, human resources, psychology.
  • Knowledge and expertise in HR, Cultural development, Leadership and Learning.
  • Knowledge or at least a strong curiosity in innovative solutions such as AI, Machine learning, VR etc.
  • Relevant consultancy experience, working in a Big 4, a global management consultancy firm, niche organizational strategy houses or boutique consultancy firm.
  • A never-ending passion for the people agenda in organizations.
  • Proactive, client-oriented mindset.
  • Strong collaboration abilities in working together with a team.
  • Growth mindset.
  • Eager to learn.
  • Flexibel.
  • You have full working proficiency in English and Dutch (French is preferred but not required).
