Senior Consultant People Consulting - Financial Services

We are looking for a Senior Consultant / Manager with a strong interest and experience in HR and people transformation to join our growing team.

Key responsibilities

As a member of the People Consulting team, you will:

• Drive HR and workforce transformation projects, from strategy and design through implementation and adoption.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to address workforce, talent, skills and organizational challenges.
• Support clients understand and address the impact of AI on work, workforce and HR, identifying opportunities for automation and human-AI collaboration.
• Design and implement change and adoption approaches, including stakeholder engagement, communications, learning and leadership enablement.
• Facilitate workshops and translate complex people challenges into actionable recommendations and solutions.
• Build trusted client relationships and collaborate across EY’s multidisciplinary teams.
• Contribute to the growth of the People Consulting team through knowledge sharing, team development, and business development activities, including proposals, client pitches, and new solutions.

Skills and Attributes for Success

• 2–6 years of relevant experience in HR, people transformation, change management or consulting, with expertise in areas such as talent management, L&D, organizational design, HR technology, rewards, HR generalist or related fields.
• Strong HR knowledge and understanding of workforce challenges and trends.
• Strong interest in AI and its impact on organizations, workforce, and HR. Experience with AI-enabled transformation is an asset.
• Experience engaging stakeholders and facilitating workshops with different levels of seniority.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a client-oriented mindset.
• Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced consulting environment.
• Excellent command of business English and fluency in French and/or Dutch.
