The Opportunity
As a Senior Consultant at EY Studio+ Belgium, you'll bring creative thinking to business transformation. You'll lead workstreams that blend strategic rigor with creative execution—developing customer experiences, shaping brand strategies, and exploring how AI transforms marketing. Working with designers, strategists, and technologists, you'll craft solutions that are both commercially sound and genuinely innovative. This role suits people who think in insights and ideas, not just frameworks.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Creative problem-solving – Tackle marketing challenges from unusual angles, combining customer insights, strategic thinking, and creative concepts to unlock growth
- AI-powered transformation – Design and implement GenAI solutions for content creation, personalization, customer engagement, and marketing automation
- Digital marketing strategy – Design and execute omnichannel strategies across paid, owned, and earned media, optimizing performance and customer acquisition
- Marketing performance – Build measurement frameworks, analyze campaign effectiveness, and translate marketing metrics into business impact
- Customer experience design – Lead journey mapping, segmentation, and experience strategy projects that connect brand promise to actual customer interactions
- Campaign & content strategy – Develop integrated marketing strategies, creative briefs, and campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes
- Client collaboration – Build trust with client marketing teams through workshops, co-creation sessions, and day-to-day partnership
- Insight synthesis – Turn data, research, and market signals into compelling stories and actionable recommendations that inspire clients
- Cross-disciplinary teaming – Bridge strategy, creative, data science, and technology teams to deliver solutions that actually work
- Business development – Contribute fresh thinking to pitches and proposals, showcasing what's possible when creativity meets consulting.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- 3–5 years in consulting, advertising, brand strategy, digital marketing, or customer experience roles
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and creative execution. whether campaigns, transformations, or innovative solutions
- Curiosity about AI and its applications in marketing (GenAI tools, personalization engines, predictive analytics)
- Strong storytelling ability: you can present complex ideas clearly and persuasively to senior stakeholders
- Experience with customer research, behavioral insights, or human-centered design approaches
- Comfortable moving between big-picture strategy and hands-on execution
- Proficiency in English is essential; fluency in Dutch and/or French is a strong advantage in the Belgian market context.
