EY Studio + (Belgium) is the EY Design & Innovation studio representing the customer-centric experience and innovation practice. We are dedicated to delivering customer-focused solutions. As a Senior Consultant within EY Studio+, you will help leading companies transform their digital products, platforms and business processes. 

You will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and developers to translate business needs into high-quality digital solutions. Acting as the bridge between business and technology, you will facilitate workshops, capture requirements, prioritize backlogs and support Agile delivery teams throughout the implementation lifecycle. 

This role is ideal for someone with experience as an IT Business Analyst, Product Owner or Functional Analyst within the automotive industry who enjoys working in complex enterprise environments. 

Your Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirements Engineering 

• Gather, analyze and document business requirements through workshops and stakeholder interviews. 

• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications. 

• Challenge and refine requirements to ensure they are complete, feasible and aligned with business objectives. 

• Support solution design by collaborating closely with architects and development teams. 

 
Product Ownership & Agile Delivery 

• Define and prioritize product backlogs. 

• Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning and other Agile ceremonies. 

• Ensure user stories are sufficiently detailed and ready for development. 

• Validate delivered functionality together with business stakeholders and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT). 

 
Stakeholder Management 

• Build trusted relationships with business stakeholders, product managers, developers and external partners. 

• Facilitate workshops to align business priorities and resolve functional questions. 

• Clearly communicate project progress, risks and recommendations to both business and technical audiences. 

• Act as the primary liaison between business and IT throughout project delivery. 

Digital Project Delivery 

• Contribute to the successful delivery of digital transformation initiatives within large enterprise environments. 

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. 

• Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, dependencies and opportunities for improvement. 

• Contribute to continuous improvement of Agile ways of working. 

Your Profile

You have:

• A Master's degree  
• 3–5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Product Owner or Digital Consultant. 
• Strong experience capturing business requirements and translating them into user stories and functional specifications. 
• Strong affinity with AI and genuine interest in applying new AI trends in a professional context;

• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments. 

• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence. 

• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills. 

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. 

• Experience collaborating with both business stakeholders and software development teams. 

• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English; proficiency in French is considered an asset. 

Good to Have 

• Proven experience delivering digital transformation projects within the automotive industry. 

• Experience with enterprise software implementations. 

• Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments. 

• Experience with (automotive) digital products, connected services or aftersales platforms.
