The Opportunity

As part of the Business Consulting Finance team, you will join a team with diverse industry knowledge, along with unique consulting expertise. You will work with some of the biggest and most recognized companies in the world and address critical issues of the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

• Define a (digital) finance vision and strategy
• Conduct accelerated finance diagnostics, maturity assessments and benchmarking
• Design and implement new Finance Operating Models
• Leverage automation and digital processes

Profile

• Master degree in Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics or equivalent
• 2 to 5 years of experience in management consulting or in the delivery of large scale Finance & Operating Model programs in the industry
• Prior experience with technologies such as RPA, process mining, SAP, etc. is a plus
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Dutch and/or French
• Excellent problem solving, facilitation, and presentation skills
• A proven ability to work in a team environment with diverse groups
• Forward thinker, quick learner, and self-motivator that thrives on new challenges
• Willingness to travel (in line with COVID-19 governmental regulations)
