We are looking for a Senior Consultant with Finance Transformation experience.  Are you the one? 

The Opportunity

You will join our Business Consulting Finance Belgium service line, a team of consultants & executives with diverse industry knowledge, along with unique consulting expertise. You will work with some of the biggest and most recognized companies in the world and address critical issues of the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Your Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant Finance within our Business Consulting practice, you will:

• Define a finance vision, mission, and strategy;
• Conduct accelerated finance diagnostics, maturity assessments, and benchmarking;
• Design and implement new Finance Operating Models;
• Design and implement Shared Service Centers (Global Business Services);
• Drive process excellence in Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Financial Planning and Analysis;
• Leverage automation and digital processes.

Profile

• Master's in Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics or equivalent;
• 1-5 years of experience in Finance Consulting or in delivery of large-scale Finance & Operating Model programs in the industry;
• Experience with Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Financial Planning & Analysis;
• Full working proficiency in Dutch or French AND English;
• A proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with diverse groups;
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to storyboard and create high quality outputs;
• Excellent problem solving, facilitation, and presentation skills;
• Forward thinker and self-motivator that thrives on new challenges and integrates quickly new knowledge;
• Demonstrated consistency in values, principles and work ethic;
• Flexible with travel requirements.
