We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Personal Assistant to join our vibrant Financial Services Support team. The ideal candidate will be a pivotal support figure in our daily office activities, act as the key player for the agenda management of our Tax Partners & will support travel and agenda management of various EY FSO management team members. This position also handles sensitive and confidential information regularly, so diplomacy, tact, and discretion are essential skills.

Your Key Responsibilities: 

•    Manage agenda & email of Tax Partners
•    Arrange travel and accommodation for business trips (booking flights, trains, taxis, hotels, restaurants, etc..)
•    Organize various internal and external meetings
•    Helping with various admin and support tasks when required
•    Assist in facilitating overall organizational efficiency of the team
•    Act as a back-up to other management assistants in the Support team

The skills and experience we are looking for:

•    Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field 
•    Experience (1– 3 years) in a similar support role (executive assistant, management assistant, personal assistant, team assistant)
•    Fluency in Dutch / French, and solid level of business English
•    Excellent knowledge of the MS Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
•    Good communication skills and proactive attitude
•    Hands-on and well organized, sense of responsibility, eager to learn
•    Experience in a professional services firm, in a law office or in the financial services industry is a major differentiator.
