As a Payroll Officer you are an essential element in our Payroll team and you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks. As a team, we strive for quality, operational excellence and supporting the employee experience within our firm.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Processing the monthly payroll from A to Z for one or more service lines and ensure compliance with social and fiscal regulations and correct and timely calculation and payment of salaries.
• Understand the unique factors involved in processing the payroll for a service line as your internal client(s) and advice proactively the Talent Team of the different service lines.
• Support the daily payroll related operations in close partnership with the Talent Teams in the service lines.
• Collecting time & attendance data and other data needed for the monthly payroll cycle.
• Perform administrative tasks related to social security obligations, accidents at work, insurances etc.
• Use and maintain the payroll application and guarantee its correctness by performing regular controls.
• Follow up on issues with regard to personnel files to ensure that the best possible service is offered to our internal employees.
• Continuously keep current with the most recent developments and payroll legislation.
• You will be a key member of the payroll team and reporting to the Payroll Manager, working in close collaboration with the Talent Teams in different service lines.

Your Profile 

You have:

• A Bachelor degree.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience within a payroll department.
• An excellent level of Dutch, French and a good level of English.
• A good knowledge of MS Office and specifically Excel.
• Good knowledge in Belgian social and labor legislation.
• You are discrete, punctual and precise.
• You are a team player, balanced by a healthy sense of autonomy.
• You have excellent organization and communication skills.
