We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Data & Operations Coordinator with advanced Excel skills and experience in CRM systems to support our team in day-to-day operations.
As the central coordinator of our email marketing initiatives, this dynamic role places you at the heart of the team, working closely with a variety of stakeholders. You will take charge of end-to-end email campaigns, from setting up event invitations and tracking registrations to analyzing performance and driving lead generation.
In addition, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the team’s workflow by handling administrative tasks, managing critical data in Excel, and ensuring the CRM tool is always up-to-date and operating efficiently. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on organization, collaboration, and making a measurable impact.
You will be the key point of support for the team, working closely with various stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting, efficient processes, and successful project execution.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Organize and analyze data to generate insights for the team from multiple sources (excel, CRM, internal tools), ensuring accurate reporting and tracking of KPIs.
- Maintain and update the CRM database, ensuring that customer and client information is accurate and up to date: data entry, cleansing, managing target groups.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and dashboards using advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas.
- Support the team in managing online events communications from begin to end: preparing documents, creating invitations, managing registrations, analyzing data and set up reporting.
Your Profile
You have:
- You are the proud owner of a Bachelor or Master degree and have minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing or administration role.
- You have proven experience working with excel at an advanced level (e.g., formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
- Experience using CRM systems (such as Adobe Marketo Engage, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) for data management and reporting is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- You are able to develop and maintain good relationships and work with senior level executives.
- You are fluent in Dutch or French + English.
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
