In your role you will be expected to build trusted relationships with colleagues and clients. You will work on a variety of client projects, these include but are not limited to the following topics:

  • Cultural integration and transformation
  • HR strategy and transformation
  • Leadership development
  • Talent strategy and strategic workforce management
  • People in the context of M&A or reorganization
  • Learning strategies

Your Key Responsibilities

In your role as (change) manager, you will be expected to build trusted relationships, not only with colleagues but also with our clients and you will play a pivotal role in driving organizational transformations. You will be in the driving position to help organizations navigate change effectively, sustainable and successful.

Your specific role as a manager is to:

  • Develop an all-in change management strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and with a focus on a smooth transition while minimizing disruption.
  • Execute and lead change management projects from concept through completion, ensuring high quality while managing timelines, resources and budgets.
  • Conduct a stakeholder analysis and create a communication plan to increase engagement, acceptance and adoption.
  • Identify and mitigate resistance and risks associated with change.
  • Design and deliver training programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed to adapt to new processes and systems.
  • Develop and implement metrics to evaluate the success of change initiatives, and provide detailed reports and updates to key stakeholders and leadership. These reports should highlight progress, identify challenges, and suggest areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to gain their support and buy-in for change initiatives.
  • Play an active role in growing our business. With the guidance from EY partners and directors, you'll identify potential business opportunities for EY and help close deals with potential clients. This entails understanding the potential client’s needs & writing winning proposals.
  • As an influential member of the team, you'll help to create a positive learning culture and you will coach and counsel junior team members and help them to develop their skills and enhance their professional development.

 

Your Profile

Qualifications:

  • You have a master degree in economics or a people related education such as: applied economics, business engineering, business administration, human resources.
  • You have at least 5 years of demonstrated and profound work experience in the field of change management. You are able to create and execute change management strategies and programs that align the people and change strategy with the business objectives. This includes activities such as impact assessment, communication and training strategy & delivery, workshop facilitation, organizational design and assessments.
  • Experience in practical project management including planning, reporting, budget management, risk management and complex project monitoring. Business development and client pursuit activities by writing proposals and delivering presentations for potential clients; this encompasses building trusted client relationships and having strong networking skills.
  • You are a strong communicator who has excellent communication skills in English and Dutch (French is a plus).
  • You demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint;
  • You can work autonomously but are also a great team player with a client-oriented mindset;
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, multi-industry, multinational environment;
  • You have a natural desire to keep on growing & progressing.
