The opportunity

We are looking for a new colleague for our Brand, Marketing & Communications Team. Our new Internal Communication Specialist  ensures our employees are kept informed and motivated. You do this by communicating through several channels, such as our intranet, campaigns, mailings, newsletters…The role involges setting up and rolling out of internal campaigns, copywriting, internal people engagement, events planning, …. 


Your key responsibilities

  • Provide support in planning, developing, producing and delivering marketing & internal communications (promotional and collateral) materials;
  • Prepare written materials including some marketing copy, business communications, reports, and presentations;
  • Manage our intranet;
  • Write and distribute content for our newsletters;
  • Be responsible for ensuring accurate information and proofreading;
  • Contribute to / and develop internal communication campaigns;
  • Organizing and assisting in internal people engagement events : ad-hoc duties, guest,list management, set-up, catering arrangements, logistics, etc.


Skills and attributes for success

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English including writing,proofreading and copy editing;
  • Creative and out of the box thinking;
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
  • Keen in attention to details;
  • High level organizational skills, be willing and able to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment;
  • A strong work ethic, professionalism and integrity;
  • Ability to create, compose, and edit written and electronic materials;
  • Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality;
  • Positive, “can do” attitude;
  • Open minded and solution oriented.


To qualify for the role you must have

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field;
  • Minimum 4 years work experience.
