The opportunity

We are looking for someone to take an active role within our CFO Services IFRS team. This team consists of a group of IFRS experts who’s day-to-day activities involves, among other tasks, providing IFRS support to fast-growing companies in view of a potential  IPO or sale to a third-party investor.  In this dynamic environment, we support these companies in the conversion of their figures from local GAAP to IFRS reporting standards and to prepare their first set of IFRS financial statements. Next to this, our team offers technical IFRS accounting advice to entities already reporting under IFRS. Large, multinational companies rely on our teams to analyse the effects of major transactions on their IFRS financial statements and the corresponding impact on their listed share price.


Your profile

We are looking for a senior/manager who can actively contribute to our IFRS projects in collaboration with our team of IFRS consultants. In this role, you will be part of the engagement team working for our listed clients and will be in direct contact with their finance teams. Specifically, we are looking for someone with:

  • Basic IFRS technical skills and motivation to further grow/develop these skills
  • Experience working in an accounting firm either within an IFRS-related department or audit department (supporting public interest entities applying IFRS reporting standards is a plus)
  • Good communication skills and ability to effectively work within a team
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills required to assist with the analysis of complex accounting questions
  • Commitment to maintain and update your IFRS knowledge as needed
  • Fluent in either Dutch or French with a basic knowledge of English (written and spoken)
