In this role, you will be responsible, together with the other team members, for enhancing our employer brand and building strong relationships with educational institutions. Your efforts will play a crucial role in attracting top talent and promoting our organization as an employer of choice. You will be part of the HR team of EY Belgium and will report to the head of Talent attraction & acquisition and Employer Branding.

Your key responsibilities

• Planning and organizing job fairs, workshops and recruitment events (flexibility required for events across the country and sometimes in the evening)
• Drafting internal and external communications
• Establish strong relationships with large and small universities and student’s organizations across Belgium
• Work closely with the Campus recruitment team to attract the best students
• Conducting and analyzing surveys
• Facilitating assessment days with candidates in the office

Your profile

You have:

• a bachelor’s or master’s degree
• 0 – 2 years of experience
• Interest in recruitment, branding, data management, events
• a very good understanding of the academic world and student life
• an advanced knowledge of Excel & PowerBi is a plus
• excellent written and verbal communication in Dutch and/or French. Next to that, you are fluent in English.
• A problem-solving attitude, strong organizational skills, capacity to adapt quickly, untamable curiosity
