We are looking for Senior Consultants and Managers to strengthen the Data Analytics & AI capabilities within EY‑Parthenon. The role sits at the intersection of strategy, transactions, and advanced analytics, supporting both client engagements (M&A, strategy, value creation) and internal capability development.

You will work on a broad range of topics, from building analytics‑driven decision support for transactions, to shaping geographical and operational footprints, and contributing to the development and deployment of internal analytics and AI‑enabled tools. The EY‑Parthenon analytics team enables the broader practice to generate deeper, faster and more scalable insights

Your Key Responsibilities

• Apply analytics, data engineering and AI techniques to support M&A, strategy and value creation projects, including transaction analytics and operational insights.
• Develop data, financial and hybrid models, visualizations and algorithms using internal and external data sources.
• Design and help implement operational data solutions (e.g. datacubes, analytical layers) in the context of transactions and complex business questions.
• Contribute to the development, rollout and training of new analytics and AI‑enabled tools, and support end‑users across the practice.
• Stay up‑to‑date on emerging technologies (including GenAI) and EY network capabilities, and translate these into pragmatic client and internal solutions.
• Collaborate closely with local and regional technology & analytics teams, as well as strategy and transaction colleagues.

Your Profile 

We are looking for candidates who combine analytical depth, technical curiosity and business understanding, and who are eager to grow in a consulting environment.

• Proven experience in scripting or coding (e.g. Python, SQL, R) with exposure to ML, AI or advanced analytics use cases.
• Solid understanding of emerging technologies, including Generative AI (among others tools like Cursor etc.), and their application in business contexts.
• Experience in consulting, strategy or transaction environments is a strong plus.
• Either:
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, Data Science or similar, with an interest in finance and strategy, or
• A finance/strategy background with a strong interest in coding, analytics and PoC development.
• Strong learning mindset, able to bridge business questions and technical solutions.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
