People Are The Heart of EY

The more digital the world becomes, the more we must value our uniquely human skills. It’s EY people all over the world, just like you, who through their ambitions, ideas, insights, innovation, collaboration, diversity and curiosity help us achieve the EY purpose of building a better working world.

EY people make a difference not only to us, but to the thousands of clients we serve every day. Their knowledge and advice drives businesses forward in every sector — from automotive and retail, to health care and energy. Their words become ideas that get launched into the market. They make a difference to local communities. They help clients to navigate challenging issues.

Our Commitment Towards Building a Better and Sustainable Working World

At EY we are passionate about diversity and inclusion, and we support individuals of all groups; we do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability status.
We also launched an EY Ripples program that aims to positively impact the lives of 1 billion people by 2030. As we are faced with the urgent and interconnected challenges of climate change and social inequality, we believe businesses must go further and faster to build a better working world — one that is socially just, economically inclusive and environmentally regenerative by design. The EY Ripples program embodies our quest to lead EY people and networks in accelerating progress toward the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

EY Ripples extends the value of EY knowledge and networks to people and places we might not otherwise reach. It empowers EY people to devote their time to SDG-focused projects that apply their skills in different contexts, and help them develop as more inclusive leaders with a deeper understanding of the challenges facing low-income and marginalized communities. As more and more EY people learn to appreciate the social value of the skills they use every day, so creating long-term value for society becomes more deeply embedded in our culture.

Leading by example, EY committed to become net zero by 2025.
