The EY Accounting, Compliance and Reporting (ACR) department is specialized in helping family-owned businesses and startups as well as large multinational companies to meet their financial reporting requirements in the many countries where they do business. Our clients are active in a variety of industries (included but not limited to automotive, government and public sector, consumer products, media and entertainment, oil and gas, power and utilities and technology).

The EY ACR department in Diegem is looking for a new collaborator within his Central Team to expand the team. The ACR Central Team is dedicated to provide support to the ACR professionals in several standardized and automated processes. This team is expected to grow in the near future.


The opportunity 
As a member of the Central Team you will be dedicated to give support on national administrative and accounting processes performed within ACR service line to reduce the local offices workload.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist in the filing of several administrative and accounting processes (i.e. VAT returns, Biztax, fiches,….)
  • Assist in the development of new administrative and accounting processes to be centralized
  • Assist in providing support on specific applications to our ACR professionals
  • Assist in maintaining the data quality in specific applications
  • Assist in several secretarial duties (reports update, sharepoint,…)

Your profile

Hard skills

  • You hold a Bachelor degree in Office Management or you have the equivalent experience
  • You have at least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • You have a good knowledge of Dutch or French and of English
  • You are skilled in working with MS offices software (mainly Word and Excel)

  • You have good communication skills and you are a team player

  • You are assertive and hands-on
  • You are eager to learn and able to take initiatives
