Our AI team, based in Belgium, supports clients across various business sectors, with a focus on Financial Services—including banking, capital markets, insurance, wealth and asset management—helping them embrace AI at scale and achieve tangible results while transforming their approach to the future.
We are currently looking for a talented and motivated AI Solution Architect to join our team.
Your key responsibilities
As AI Solution Architect, you will be part of the AI and Data team. You will work in multi-disciplinary environment leveraging AI capabilities to provide real business impact for our clients.
- Define target and reference architectures for AI solutions on Cloud (RAG, agentic workflows, orchestration, event‑driven integration), aligning security, compliance, scalability, and cost‑efficiency.
- Lead solution design from discovery to HLD/LLD, selecting models (incl. open‑source LLMs), vector stores, orchestration frameworks, and integration patterns with core banking/insurance systems.
- Set non‑functional requirements (SLOs, performance, resiliency) and design observability across application, data, and model layers (telemetry, tracing, evaluation).
- Embed Responsible AI and data protection by design (guardrails, red‑teaming, privacy preserving patterns, data residency, encryption, keys and secrets).
- Guide delivery squads during implementation, conduct design reviews, mitigate technical risks, and ensure quality via CI/CD, automated testing and IaC.
- Contribute to reusable accelerators, blueprints and assets; coach engineers and promote engineering excellence.

- Master's or PhD level in a discipline such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Sciences or Civil Engineering.
- 4+ years in software/solution architecture with 3+ years designing AI/ML platforms and solutions in Azure.
- Deep knowledge of at least one Cloud Provider (AKS/ACI, App Service, Functions, API Management, Event Hubs/Service Bus, Storage, Key Vault, Private Link, VNet), and identity/access.
- Practical expertise with LLM patterns (RAG, tool‑use/function calling, agents), prompt engineering and evaluation; experience with frameworks such as LangChain or Semantic Kernel.
- Hands‑on with data/AI platforms (Azure ML, Databricks, Synapse, Snowflake) and vector technologies (Azure AI Search, Redis/RedisJSON, pgvector).
- Strong grasp of security, networking and compliance in FS (segmentation, secrets management, SDLC controls, auditability).
- Proficiency in Python and at least one additional language (.NET or Node.js), containerization (Docker), and Kubernetes.
- Very good presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex analytical concepts to business stakeholders.
- Experience in applying AI to business real world problems.
- You love to take full ownership of your projects and help clients overcome their challenges.
- You are not afraid to support business development and pre-sales activities.
- Fluent in Dutch or French and a business proficiency in English.

- Designing multi‑tenant SaaS on Cloud with strong isolation controls and cost management.
- Knowledge of model risk management and AI assurance requirements in banks/insurers.

- Deep knowledge of scalable realtime architectures on Azure.
