About the opportunity 

We are looking for a DevSecOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain secure, scalable cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in AWS, containerization technologies, Kubernetes, GitOps, and DevSecOps best practices to enable secure and efficient software delivery.

 

Your key responsibilities 

 

  • Design, implement, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD.
  • Build and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS.
  • Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker.
  • Administer and support container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes (K8s), Amazon EKS, or OpenShift.
  • Implement GitOps practices using tools such as ArgoCD or Flux.
  • Collaborate with software engineering teams to integrate security throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, and application issues while driving continuous improvements in platform reliability and security.

 

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 
  • Experience level: 
    • Senior Associate: Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in DevSecOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
  • Experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong knowledge of Docker and containerization technologies.
  • Experience with container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes (K8s), Amazon EKS, or OpenShift.
  • Familiarity with GitOps tools such as ArgoCD or FluxCD.
  • Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles and security best practices.
  • Experience across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile development practices.
  • Background in Software Engineering or Platform Engineering.
  • Experience with software development frameworks such as FastAPI or Spring Boot.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (Python, JavaScript, or Java).
  • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation. 
  • Experience building cloud-native platforms and microservices.
  • Knowledge of security scanning, vulnerability management, and compliance automation.
  • AWS or Kubernetes certifications would be advantageous.We are looking for a DevSecOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain secure, scalable cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
