Workfront Fusion Lead – Tech Consulting Senior

Your key responsibilities

As a Senior Workfront Fusion Lead, you will be an integral part of our technology consulting organization that leverages Workfront to drive successful business decisions and digital experiences for our clients. You will be responsible for implementing operating model & workflow transformation initiatives via marketing technologies including Adobe Workfront & Adobe Workfront Fusion. You will play a critical role in the development lifecycle, designing solutions that meet business requirements, Adobe Workfront Fusion build, and Adobe Workfront configuration. 

More specifically, you will:

  • Conduct discovery working sessions with key stakeholder groups to understand critical business goals & translate business goals to Fusion build requirements
  • Create Fusion build timeline & manage stakeholder expectations accordingly
  • Design Fusion scenarios based on provided solution design & requirements
  • Ensure Fusion feature build is on track with delivery schedule & raise issues or blockers to leadership if otherwise 
  • Work closely with Workfront Design Consultant to recommend any configuration changes to Workfront instance for more optimized Fusion scenario builds 
  • Maintain, monitor, & enhance existing Workfront Fusion scenarios 
  • Assist Workfront Design Consultant in QA & UAT efforts 
  • Resolve bugs & risks within Fusion scenarios
  • Assist Workfront Design Consultant in training sessions & job aid creation 
  • Identify opportunities for continuous innovation in process, configuration design, or workflow automation
  • Display strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with senior-level leadership & client teams regarding change management
  • Serve as advisor to client on op model / workflow optimization, Workfront configuration, Fusion scenario design, & change management priorities
  • Work in agile sprints (as appropriate)

To qualify for the role you must have

  • BA/BS degree in computer science, web design, marketing, business or related disciplines
  • 3+ years of experience implementing Adobe Workfront & Workfront Fusion
  • Ability to create & lead client-facing presentations
  • Experience building and/or managing API endpoints
  • Familiarity or experience working within an Agile framework and related tools
  • A valid driver's license in the US; willingness and ability to travel to meet client needs 


Ideally, you'll also have

  • Experience working on large-scale client implementations
  • Knowledge of JS frameworks and libraries, such as: React, Typescript, Vue.js, or Angular
  • Familiarity with Visio, Mural, or other process mapping tools

What we offer


We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business.  The salary range for this job in most geographic locations in the US is $88,300 to $145,800. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $106,000 to $165,600.  Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.  In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances. You’ll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
