Our practice helps organizations deliver complex, large-scale technology transformations that enable business strategy, improve performance, and manage risk. We combine strong program delivery discipline with deep technical and industry experience to help clients modernize their platforms, integrate digital capabilities, and achieve sustainable outcomes across their enterprise technology landscape.

The opportunity
In this role, you will build and manage the delivery of technology transformation projects and programs that align with our organizational strategy. You will provide assurance to leadership by managing timelines, costs, and quality, while leading both technical and non-technical project teams in the development and implementation of technology

solutions and infrastructure.

You will lead cross‑functional teams to implement technology solutions while also contributing to business development, client pursuits, and practice growth. This role may also serve as an o9 Solution Architect, leading the design and delivery of scalable, value‑driven supply chain planning solutions that bridge business strategy, process design, and technical architecture using the o9 Digital Brain platform.

Your key responsibilities
As a Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the effective management and delivery of complex processes, solutions, and projects. You will navigate operational and organizational dynamics while maintaining a strong focus on quality and risk management. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop your leadership skills and expand your professional network. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading engagement delivery and managing client relationships on a daily basis.
  • Accountable for program/project management, ensuring that all objectives are met.
  • Developing resource plans and budgets for engagements, managing engagement economics effectively.
  • Supporting business development through proposal development, POCs, estimates, client pursuits and executive presentations
  • Lead end‑to‑end solution architecture and design for o9 implementations, from blueprinting through go‑live and stabilization
  • Facilitate business and process design workshops, performing fit‑gap analysis and translating requirements into o9‑configurable solutions aligned to reference models.
  • Own functional and architectural design, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, performant, and aligned with business value objectives
  • Guide configuration and functional consultants through detailed design, sprint execution, and iterative solution closure.
  • Design and oversee integration architecture, coordinating with technical architects, data teams, and client IT to integrate o9 with ERP and enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
  • Provide thought leadership and trusted‑advisor support to client stakeholders, focusing on process improvement, adoption, and value realization
  • Mentor junior architects and consultants and contribute to reusable assets, accelerators, best practices, and foster a high-performance delivery culture.

Skills and attributes for success
To thrive in this role, you will need a blend of technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills. The following attributes will make a significant impact:

  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and generate revenue.
  • Strong analytical skills to develop solutions to complex problems.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey ideas and influence stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of project and program delivery methods, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Strong leadership presence with experience managing large, distributed delivery teams.
  • Solid understanding of technology-enabled business transformation and systems implementation lifecycles.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree); master’s degree preferred.
  • Typically, no less than 5 - 7 years relevant experience.
  • Experience in supply chain planning and transformation, with multiple full‑cycle o9 implementations as a Solution Architect or Senior Solution Consultant
  • Hands‑on expertise in one or more planning domains:
    • Demand Planning
    • Supply / Production Planning
    • S&OP / IBP
    • Inventory Optimization
  • Demonstrated experience in driving value and extensive knowledge in change management

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • o9 platform certifications.
  • Experience leading global or multi‑workstream implementations.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) in an o9 integration context
