Technology Consulting, Managed Services. Cyber Operations - Identity & Access Management (IAM) (Manager) (Multiple Positions) (1699211), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Dallas, TX.
Assist clients to align security management strategy with business goals. Assist clients in understanding and navigating complex Enterprise Identity environments by evaluating, enhancing, and developing innovative solutions, processes, and policies tailored to unique Identity & Access Management (IAM) requirements. Develop SailPoint IIQ policies and configure rules to detect policy violations, as well as configure SailPoint connectors, custom connectors, custom rules, workflow configurations, and third-party integrations. Work with third-party vendors to deliver a comprehensive suite of services including strategy, assessment, testing, and implementation of IAM solutions. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and execute technical delivery. Leverage enterprise directory services such as Active Directory, Azure AD, and LDAP, and implement MFA and SSO solutions. Implement, manage, and maintain enterprise Identity & Access Management tools, design and architect solutions, and lead process design and re-engineering efforts. Assist with IAM program management, privileged access management, roles and rules management, SOD management, and other IAM compliance activities. Deliver high-quality client services and work products within expected timeframes.
Manage and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.
Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Cyber Security, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Cyber Security, or a related field and 4 years of related work experience.
Must have 4 years of experience with integrating, deploying, and operating IAM technologies, including SailPoint IIQ and other IAM solutions (such as CyberArk, Saviynt, or Okta).
Must have 4 years of experience with identity management authentication and authorization frameworks and integration into existing applications.
Must have 4 years of experience in developing SailPoint IIQ policies, configuring rules to detect policy violations, and working with SailPoint connectors, custom connectors, custom rules, workflow configurations, and third-party integrations.
Must have 2 years of experience with enterprise directory services (such as Active Directory, Azure AD, or LDAP), and implementing MFA and SSO solutions.
Must have 4 years of experience translating business requirements into technical specifications.
Must have 4 years of experience creating procedures, process documentation, and user documentation related to IAM applications.
Must have 2 years of experience with IAM architecture and development within SailPoint, and ForgeRock and/or Okta.
Must have 2 years of experience managing a team of IAM analysts.
Requires domestic travel up to 15% to serve client needs.
