And we’re counting on your unique voice and perspective to help EY become even better, too. Join us and build an exceptional experience for yourself, and a better working world for all.

EY Business Transformation advises CEOs and business leaders from the world's leading companies on taking bold and transformative steps such as redefining their organization's purpose, pursuing, and optimizing growth strategies, defining new business and operating models, learning how to achieve disruptive innovations, leading end-to-end transformations, understanding and acting upon changing customer and market dynamics and re-examining their profitability.  We blend business, design, and technology thinking to unlock opportunity for our clients and deliver lasting impact.

The opportunity
Our Sustainability Governance, Risk and Compliance team seeks to build a better working world by helping businesses and governments respond to societal, environmental, and economic challenges. When our clients are facing complex sustainability and environmental social and governance "ESG" issues – whether new regulatory requirements, rising stakeholder concerns, or opportunities for enhancing governance, controls, and technology – they look to us to find a solution. Our global team is multidisciplinary and combines our core knowledge in risk management, accounting, and reporting with knowledge in technical and regulatory sustainability issues.

Our teams help clients improve and report on their sustainability and ESG performance. Specifically, we help clients integrate sustainability into their core business strategy and governance, manage emerging risks, and reduce costs through the design and implementation of systems and processes in areas such as climate change, environment management, health, and safety, labor rights, non-financial reporting, and supply chain. The EY Sustainability Governance, Risk and Compliance team is actively looking for a Senior Manager with climate change and sustainability consulting experience or background, including exposure to energy and carbon management, EHS management systems, sustainable value creation, sustainability digitization, business model innovation, sustainable supply chain, and sustainability or ESG reporting.

We are at the forefront of current trends in sustainability and ESG, and we engage with clients at all levels to provide insight into these developments. We want candidates who are dedicated and capable of helping us to develop our dynamic Risk sustainability practice that is focused on making the difference for our clients, as they navigate this agenda, and the society at large.
