At EY, we're all in to shape your future with confidence.
As an Apigee Migration Program Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for leading the execution of large-scale API migration and platform transformation initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive delivery excellence, and ensure successful migration outcomes across architecture, engineering, testing, security, DevOps, operations and business stakeholders.
In this role, you will serve as the central point of coordination across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment of migration activities, platform modernization efforts, release schedules, and operational readiness requirements. You will partner with senior client and EY leadership to manage delivery plans, mitigate risks, oversee governance activities, and drive accountability to program objectives.
You will be responsible for managing migration waves, coordinating platform deployment activities, facilitating executive decision-making, and ensuring successful transition from migration execution to steady-state operations. This role requires strong program leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to orchestrate large, complex technology transformation programs in a dynamic environment.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise-wide Apigee migration and platform transformation programs.
- Establish and maintain integrated program plans that align migration activities, platform buildout, testing, security, DevOps, and operational readiness workstreams.
- Manage migration wave schedules, milestones, dependencies, critical-path activities, and deployment timelines.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including architecture, engineering, testing, security, DevOps, operations, and production support groups to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
- Serve as the primary delivery contact for client stakeholders, program leadership, and executive sponsors.
- Provide executive-level reporting on program progress, delivery metrics, risks, quality indicators, budget performance, and go-live readiness.
- Lead program governance processes including steering committee meetings, delivery reviews, risk assessments, and escalation forums.
- Establish and maintain RAID management processes, ensuring timely identification, mitigation, escalation, and resolution of program risks and issues.
- Facilitate resolution of blockers affecting migration execution, testing activities, platform deployment, environment readiness, and production releases.
- Coordinate release planning, go-live readiness assessments, cutover activities, rollback planning, and hypercare support.
- Drive resource planning and capacity management across delivery teams, ensuring appropriate staffing levels and alignment to migration priorities.
- Oversee quality assurance, performance validation, security assessments, operational readiness reviews, and production deployment approvals.
- Coordinate transition activities from migration execution teams to operational support organizations and steady-state service management.
- Monitor post-deployment support activities, service performance, operational effectiveness, and long-term platform adoption objectives.
- Track program financials, delivery forecasts, resource utilization, and vendor performance to ensure contractual commitments and business objectives are achieved.
- Assist with strategic transformation initiatives and provide leadership across complex technology modernization programs.
