The opportunity

 

Join our dynamic Business Performance team as a Senior Manager focused on People Behavior Change, where you will have the opportunity to advise on measuring, shifting, designing, and implementing organizational and individual behavioral programs. Your expertise will be crucial in aligning these programs with strategic direction, organizational purpose, and culture. This role will also include shaping EY’s WalkMe strategy, supporting its implementation, and building internal WalkMe capability.

 

You will leverage your understanding of behavioral drivers, organizational structures, and digital experience design to plan and implement targeted behavior change initiatives that deliver sustained adoption and long-term value.

 

Your key responsibilities

 

As a Senior Manager in People Behavior Change, you will be responsible for the effective management and delivery of complex processes, solutions, and projects, with a keen focus on quality and risk management. You will navigate operational and organizational dynamics, manage client relationships, and drive revenue generation.

 

This role offers the challenge of providing leadership across multiple activities, leading teams to achieve performance objectives, and offering deep insights through analysis and best practices to solve complex problems and drive innovation.

 

  • Lead engagement delivery with accountability for program/project management
  • Regular travel as required by external clients
  • Manage client relationships with daily interaction and lead client engagements from planning to closure

 

In addition, this role will have a significant focus on WalkMe leadership and execution, including:

 

  • Supporting the development and execution of EY’s WalkMe strategy, ensuring alignment with broader People Consulting transformation priorities.
  • Leading the design, build, and implementation of WalkMe solutions across client programs to drive adoption and behavioral change
  • Developing and mentoring internal WalkMe talent, helping grow EY’s capability and delivery capacity across regions
  • Serving as a strategic liaison with WalkMe on go-to-market opportunities, product enhancements, and joint client pursuits

  • Proven ability to manage and deliver complex processes and projects
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to provide direction and insight
  • Experience in building and managing client relationships and generating revenue
  • Ability to navigate and manage commercial relationships effectively
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
  • Digital adoption platform experience, ideally including hands-on WalkMe implementation, design, or strategy  
  • Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive high-quality delivery

 

 

To qualify for the role, you must have

 

  • A Bachelor's degree in related field of business, Human Resources, or Psychology
  • Typically, no less than 8 - 10 years of relevant experience with previous, recent experience in top tier consulting organization
  • Technical skills in change management and experience design
  • Strong communication and engagement strategy and delivery skills
  • Expertise in behavioral driver analysis and modeling
  • Leadership and workforce assessment capabilities
  • Knowledge of hybrid workforce strategy
  • Talent analytics and dashboarding skills
  • Coaching and personal development proficiency
  • Team effectiveness and development experience
  • Experience designing, deploying, or managing WalkMe or similar digital adoption technologies
  • Willingness to travel as needed, and comfortable working in a hybrid environment with an average of three (3) days per week at a client site or within an EY office.

 

Ideally, you’ll also have

 

  • Digital fluency and sustainability knowledge
  • Systems thinking and sector knowledge
  • Experience in managing change and commercial astuteness
  • Prior partnership experience with WalkMe—whether in joint pursuits or product roadmap collaboration

  • We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business.  The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $145,800 to $333,100.  The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $174,900 to $378,400.  Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.  In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
  • Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
  • Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances.
