IT Advisor, Technology Consulting, Life Insurance - Financial Services Office (Senior) (Multiple Positions) (1588622), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Dallas, TX.

 

Work with a team to advise life insurance clients on transforming their life insurance, annuity, group benefits, and retirement operations and systems. This includes the transformation of business processes, systems, and technology improvements. Help clients achieve their desired goals and business objectives and in return, work with leading practices in technology transformation, delivery, and exposure to a wide variety of business challenges that are solved using digital and transformational technologies. Collaborate with market leading technology product platforms in shaping their roadmap and helping our clients implement their platform. Perform systems management and integration functions, improve existing computer systems, and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and schedule limitations. Analyze or recommend commercially available software.

 

Provide technical guidance and share knowledge with teams with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services focusing on more complex, judgmental and/or specialized issues. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Learn about EY and its service lines and actively assess and present ways to apply knowledge and services.

 

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 - 45 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

 

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field and 2 years of work experience defining business and technical requirements. Alternatively will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related field and 1 year of work experience defining business and technical requirements.

 

Must have 1 year of experience assessing and improving business processes, systems, and associated technologies.

 

Must have 1 year of experience with Insurance and Annuities products and life cycle processes.

 

Must have 1 year of experience with one or a combination of the following policy administration systems: FINEOS AdminSuite, ALIP, GIAS, DXC wmA/CyberLife, LifePRO, FAST, Infosys McCamish, InsPro, Majesco, OIPA, Alis, V3, Wyde, or Andesa.

 

Must have 1 year of experience with one or a combination of the following new business, claims, and underwriting systems: Limelight Health, FINEOS AdminSuite, iPipeline, nbaccelerator, Concentrix, Insurance Technologies, Vitech, ClaimVantage, or Vue.

 

Must have 1 year of experience supporting business development activities or engaging with internal or external business stakeholders.

 

Must have 1 year of program, project, or workstream management experience in an on-shore/off-shore model working with clients and third-party vendors.

 

Must have 1 year of experience in one or a combination of the following: application servers, database, development tools, middleware and integration technologies.

 

Must have 1 year of experience in any combination of the following roles: IT or Business Architect, Business Analyst, Developer, Program Lead, Technical Lead, Scrum Master, or Project Manager.

 

Requires travel up to 80%, of which 20% may be international, in order to meet client needs.
