IT Advisor, Technology Consulting, Technologies and Platforms, Supply Chain Technology, Digital Supply Chain Planning (Manager) (Multiple Positions) (1552688), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Dallas, TX. 

 

Advise clients to understand, architect, select and implement bleeding-edge solutions required to efficiently run their businesses, with a focus on Digital and Cloud. These service areas span E-commerce, Solution Architecture, Mobile Applications, Digital Platform Architecture, Supply Chain Planning, Advance Planning & Scheduling, Execution, and Network Orchestration Systems, Digital Technology Strategy, and Digital IT Operations. Work in project teams through agreed-upon phases of project governance, requirements definition, vendor selection, risk analysis, customization, testing, training and rollout of a client's project life cycle. Work in the capacity of technical and/or solution architect, leading and creating feasible and adoptable solutions. Use agile methodology to implement complex supply chain and digital systems. Collaborate with team members in developing applicable methodologies, tools, approaches, points of view, thought leadership and accelerators to differentiate EY in the Digital and Emerging Technology Advisory market. Provide broad technical knowledge of various key technology and business platforms. Test, maintain, and monitor applications, cloud solutions and systems. Expand or modify systems to serve new purposes or improve workflow. 
 
Manage and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds.  Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge.  Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.

 

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm. 

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

 

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Operations, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate advisory and/or consulting work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Operations, or a related field and 4 years of advisory and/or consulting work experience.  
 
Must have 4 years of experience delivering projects in Supply Chain Management, with focus toward Supply Planning and Demand Management as a business domain. 
 
Must have 4 years of experience in Value Chain Synchronization and Supply Chain Re-Invention.  
 
Must have 2 years of experience with one of the following Advanced Planning and scheduling solutions such as Blue Yonder, OM Partners, o9, Logility, Kinaxis, Aspentech, or Aera.
   
Must have led and managed at least 2 full lifecycle Supply Chain Planning implementations in large and complex environment. 
 
Must have 3 years of experience in one or a combination of any the following: 
- Gather business requirements 
- Analyze and transform to application requirements
- Perform Fit-Gap Analysis
- Lead Functional Design approval process
- Strong interaction with development team to test and deliver the solution
- Assist customer during UAT
- Prepare and review documentations.
  
Must have 2 years of experience working in Onsite & Offshore delivery model environments.  

 

Must have 4 years of experience in subject matter in at least 2 of the following Supply and Demand Planning areas: 
- Inventory Planning
- Planning Horizons 
- Modelling Supply Chain Constraints. 

 

Requires travel up to 80%, of which 20% may be international, to serve client needs.
