Job Description:

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Service Delivery Manager overseeing the engineering and operational management of endpoint security solutions such as Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Cloud, and Office, Microsoft Purview, EShare, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Exceptions Management. The ideal candidate will have a deep operational understanding of endpoint security, data governance, and compliance frameworks, combined with strong leadership and communication abilities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership and Operational Management:
    1. Lead and manage multiple teams that support endpoint security engineering solutions, ensuring operational excellence, effective design, implementation, and maintenance of endpoint security solutions.
    2. Oversee the operations of DLP Exceptions Management.
    3. Ensure the teams adherence to operational SLA requirements.
  2. Policy Development and Compliance:
    1. Establish, maintain, and enforce data governance policies and procedures related to information protection and compliance.
  3. Risk Management and Incident Response:
    1. Oversee risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  4. Collaboration and Communication:
    1. Work closely with IT, security, and business units to integrate endpoint security and information protection solutions with existing systems and workflows.
    2. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to report on security metrics, incidents, and recommendations for improvement.
  5. Continuous Improvement:
    1. Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in endpoint security and information protection.
    2. Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within endpoint security engineering and information protection operations.

 

  1. Monitoring and Incident Response
    1. Ensure continuous monitoring of endpoint security alerts and events.
    2. Oversee investigations and response to security incidents and breaches incidents related to endpoint security and information protection.
    3. Manage incident response teams for containment and remediation.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing endpoint security engineering and information protection operations, specifically with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Cloud, Defender for Office, Microsoft Purview, EShare, and DLP.
  • Strong understanding of endpoint security principles, data governance, compliance frameworks, and information security best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP), Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals) are a plus.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Operational Management Experience with Endpoint management tools
  • Experience with risk management and compliance tools.
  • Familiarity with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) and industry standards.
  • Knowledge of cloud security concepts and technologies.

 

Work Environment:

 

This position may require occasional after-hours support and on-call availability. The Service Deliver Manager of Endpoint Security Engineering and Information Protection will work in and with a Cyber Operations collaborative team environment, contributing to the overall security and compliance posture of the organization.

  • We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business.  The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $106,800 to $194,800.  The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $128,000 to $221,500.  Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.  In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
  • Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
