Consultant, Business Consulting, Business Design - Business Transformation (Sales & Service) (Manager)(Multiple Positions), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Dallas, TX. 

 

Oversee the design and implementation of the overall sales strategy, sales processes, sales operations, functional requirements, sales technology strategy, and execution plan to deliver the project end-to-end, and partnering with EY’s technology resources on client service delivery. Lead companies across industries to strategize and execute on their future customer vision and experience across the Discover-to-Serve life cycle. Provide strategic guidance that upholds the vision of the sales strategy and guiding principles of the overall digital transformation roadmap. Create a culture of relentless improvement, driving a thirst for constant innovation and new thinking to improve the overall experience for customers across all sales channels. Help sales organizations address their entire spectrum of needs across people, process and technology.  

 

Manage and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.

 

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm. 


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

 

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Management, Information Technology or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in Sales Operations, Sales Technologies, Sales Solution Architecture, Sales Channel Marketing, or Customer Experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Management, Information Technology or a related field and 4 years of work experience in Sales Operations, Sales Technologies, Sales Solution Architecture, Sales Channel Marketing, or Customer Experience. 
 
Must have 4 years of experience in consulting, sales operations, sales technologies, or customer sales in a client facing role.   
 
Must have 4 years of experience advocating and leading in the strategic design process of projects, owning the overall sales strategy, or process and technology for clients across multiple industries.  
 
Must have 4 years of experience in sales leading practices, and processes and technologies to help drive customer-centric solutions for helping clients reinvent their future state sales strategy.   
 
Must have 4 years of experience working with sales leadership to develop and implement actionable, measurable projects and programs that accelerate sales growth and improve overall sales productivity.   
 
Must have 3 years of experience understanding sales solutions, working with clients to assess their current digital technology maturity, and identifying gaps and shaping a comprehensive end-to-end sales technology roadmap.  
 
Must have 4 years of experience in market leading sales technologies across CRM, CPQ and CLM.  
 
Must have 4 years of experience with technology sourcing and selection activities on digital transformation programs and working with 3rd party vendors to identify sales solution options for digital sales transformations.  
 
Must have 4 years of experience delivering end-to-end technology programs from inception to go-live and ability to bring lessons learned to accelerate our ability to successfully deliver engagements.  
 
Must have 4 years of experience in key trends and associated technical capabilities in order to liaise with both business and IT stakeholders around management of the overall sales strategy, processes and needed technologies.  
 
Must have 3 years of experience providing strategic guidance and managing client stakeholders at various executive levels. 
 
Must have 3 years of experience counselling and mentoring junior level consultants by providing structured, on-the-job feedback. 
 
Must have 2 years of experience implementing any of the following solutions for clients across different industries: 
- Sales CRM technology solutions such as Salesforce.com, or Microsoft Dynamics; or 
- CPQ technology solutions such as PROS, SFDC CPQ, or Oracle CPQ; or  
- CLM technology solutions such as Conga, SirionLabs, or Docusign. 
 
Requires travel up to 30%, including internationally, to serve client needs.
