Banking Domain Technical Product Manager
We are seeking a Manager-level Systems Business Analyst to lead the delivery of transformational technology initiatives for clients across the Banking & Capital Markets sector. This role focuses on bridging business strategy with technology execution, driving system modernization, improving business processes, and enabling scalable, high-performing digital platforms. You will act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful translation of complex business needs into robust technology solutions.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic liaison across business and technology teams, driving executive stakeholder alignment, facilitating discovery and design workshops, and influencing decision-making through data-driven insights.
- Lead the end-to-end requirements lifecycle from discovery through delivery.
- Establish best practices for requirements documentation, traceability, and governance across projects.
- Drive system discovery, including data mapping, interface definitions, and API (REST/JSON) specifications.
- Partner with architects and engineering leads to design scalable, cloud-ready solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
- Lead discussions on system integrations, data flows, and cross-platform dependencies.
- Lead Agile delivery and governance by facilitating sprint ceremonies, driving backlog prioritization and roadmap planning, and proactively monitoring progress, risks, and release readiness to ensure alignment with business priorities and strategic objectives.
- Drive end-to-end quality and delivery assurance by defining comprehensive testing strategies, validating requirements and design integrity, and managing change processes with clear stakeholder communication
- Leverage data analysis to drive business decisions and product strategy, delivering actionable insights through dashboards, reports, and executive-level presentations.
- Lead and mentor junior analysts while driving team accountability, enforcing delivery best practices, and collaborating effectively with distributed and offshore teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Drive post-deployment performance monitoring and continuous improvement by identifying enhancements, capturing stakeholder feedback, and ensuring sustained value realization.
To qualify for the role you must have
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in Business/System Analysis or Techno-functional roles.
- Proven experience leading large-scale transformation or system modernization programs.
Domain Expertise
- Strong experience in one or more areas but not limited to:
- Retail Banking
- Commercial Banking
- Payments
- Capital Markets
- Mortgages
Technical Competencies
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Hands-on experience in:
○ API and integration design (REST/JSON)
○ Data mapping and system interaction modeling
○ Enterprise architectures and cloud-native solutions
• Strong knowledge of:
○ Testing strategies (SIT, UAT, regression, end to end)
○ Backlog management and delivery frameworks

- We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $86,600 to $197,800. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $103,900 to $224,700. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
