About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Manager – Microsoft Security Services to lead and grow our Microsoft Security consulting practice within our Cybersecurity Transformation service line.
This role is responsible for developing and delivering Microsoft security consulting services across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Security Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Agent 365.
The successful candidate will combine strong consulting expertise with client leadership, strategic thinking, business development, and people management to grow the practice while delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Delivery Leadership
- Build trusted advisor relationships with clients and senior stakeholders.
- Lead Microsoft security consulting engagements from pursuit through delivery.
- Understand client business objectives and develop practical Microsoft security solutions.
- Ensure delivery excellence, client satisfaction, and long-term partnerships.
Microsoft Security Consulting
Provide advisory and implementation leadership across:
- Identity & Access Management – Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, Identity Governance, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), External Identities, Zero Trust.
- Endpoint Security – Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Management, MDM/MAM, Endpoint Compliance, Windows and macOS security.
- Microsoft Defender – Defender XDR, Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Office 365, Defender for Identity, Defender for Cloud Apps, Defender Vulnerability Management.
- Data Security & Microsoft Purview – Data Classification, Sensitivity Labelling, Auto-labelling, DLP, Endpoint DLP, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams DLP, Insider Risk Management, Adaptive Protection, Records Management, Data Lifecycle Management, Data Access Governance, DSPM and Information Governance.
- Collaboration Security – Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams and OneDrive Security.
- AI Security – Microsoft Security Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Agent 365 Governance, AI Governance and AI Risk Management.
Practice Growth
- Support business development, proposals, and client pursuits.
- Develop new Microsoft security service offerings and reusable delivery assets.
- Contribute to practice strategy, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing client engagements.
People Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop consulting teams.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.
- Coach consultants in technical, consulting, and client engagement skills.
Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of cybersecurity consulting experience.
- Minimum 3 years leading Microsoft Security consulting engagements or teams.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise Microsoft 365 Security and Microsoft Purview programmes.
- Experience supporting business development, proposal development, and executive stakeholder engagement.

Required Microsoft Certifications
Candidates should hold one or more of the following (or equivalent):
- Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert (SC-100)
- Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300)
- Microsoft Certified: Information Protection and Compliance Administrator Associate (SC-400)
- Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102)
- Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate (SC-200)
Preferred Industry Certifications
The following certifications are advantageous:
- CISSP
- CISA
