About the Team
This is a great opportunity to join a rapidly growing, busy, talented and hardworking team within our outsourced payroll department.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing payroll of varying complexity across fortnightly, monthly, quarterly and annual frequencies for an existing portfolio of clients
- Reconciling payrolls on a periodic basis
- Assisting in ensuring payroll returns are complete, accurate an submitted on time
- Preparing specialised payroll reports and journals
- Producing ad hoc calculations for explanation purposes
- Dealing with payroll related queries
- Work closely with clients to ensure that a high service level and relationship is maintained
- Adhere to strong internal controls to ensure best practice
Experience & Qualifications
- IPASS qualified
- Minimum 2 years prior experience of processing Irish payroll
- Experience of Quantum/QPOSS payroll software
- An understanding of Irish payroll in line with the current legislation
- Proficiency in Excel and Outlook
- Aptitude and interest in learning new skills

- Strong technical and organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure meet strict deadlines
- Ability to analyse problems, design and implement solutions independently
- Highly team oriented approach, with flexibility regarding tasks undertaken and the ability to prioritise a number of conflicting demands to meet exacting deadlines.

- Positive attitude and enjoys working within a team environment, with an ability to work independently also
