EY Tunisia has a dedicated Transaction & Corporate Finance-TCF Team operating across Africa, Europe, and the Middle East.

We are hiring Consultants for our TCF practices: Due Diligence, Valuation, Modeling, Economics and Lead Advisory.

What We Look For:

• Strong academic background (CES Révision Comptable, CFA, Financial Analyst, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in transaction services, financial audit, private equity or corporate finance.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in English and French (both written and spoken).
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
• A proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Your Role:

As a consultant, you will:

• Support the team in due diligence, valuation, modeling, economics and lead advisory projects.
• Analyze financial statements and identify key business drivers.
• Assist in preparing detailed reports and presentations for our clients.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your technical and professional skills.
