EY_ Consulting _Automation Testing_Senior Manager

Key Responsibilities:

•    Lead and manage the Test Automation team, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high-quality deliverables.

•    Develop and implement a comprehensive test automation strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.

•    Lead the automation practice, driving its growth and evolution to meet changing business needs.

•    Cultivate and develop client relationships to enhance engagement and foster long-term partnerships.

•    Identify opportunities for business growth by providing innovative solutions and expanding service offerings.

•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and operations, to integrate automated testing into the software development lifecycle.

•    Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of automated test scripts and frameworks.

•    Evaluate and select appropriate testing tools and technologies to enhance automation capabilities.

•    Monitor and report on testing progress, results, and quality metrics to stakeholders.

•    Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and methodologies.

•    Play an architect role in designing scalable and efficient automation frameworks.

Qualifications:

•    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

•    15+ years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on test automation.

•    Proven experience in leading and managing teams in a fast-paced environment.

•    Expertise in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, TestNG, JUnit) and frameworks.

•    Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C#.

•    Experience with CI/CD tools and practices (e.g., Jenkins, Git).

•    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
