Global Delivery Services refers to EY's worldwide network of service delivery centers. The GDS team plays an important role in EY’s strategy by ensuring effective support to EY’s growth agenda.

Our innovation specialists serve the GDS Client Service and Enablement Services teams, along with Service Lines, Core Business Services and Sectors. The competencies offered include analytics, digital, user experience, mobile technology, infrastructure, Microsoft technologies and open innovation.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Security Analyst with strong expertise in SIEM, EDR, and NSM solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Operational support using SIEM (Splunk, Sentinel), EDR (CrowdStrike, Defender, Carbon Black), and NSM (Fidelis, ExtraHop).

• Second-level incident validation and detailed investigation.

• Incident coordination and communication with clients for containment and recovery.

• SIEM support including ad-hoc reporting and troubleshooting.

• Advising customers on best practices and solution use cases.

• Near real-time analysis, remediation, coordination, and tracking of security activities.

Skills and attributes for success

• Strong customer service orientation.

• Strong knowledge of SIEM technologies such as Splunk and Azure Sentinel.

• Ability to troubleshoot SIEM-related issues.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Exposure to IoT/OT monitoring tools is a plus.

• Strong experience in Security Monitoring and Incident Response.

• Knowledge of ELK Stack, network monitoring platforms, and endpoint protection tools.

• Strong verbal and written English skills.

• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in SIEM, EDR, and NSM solutions.

• Certification in SIEM platforms.

• Knowledge of RegEx, Perl scripting, and SQL query language.

• Certifications such as CCSA, CEH, CISSP, GCIH, or GIAC are a plus.
