The Opportunity
The EY Payroll Team delivers end-to-end support in managing payroll and related fi nancial processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational effi ciency in today’s fast-paced, technology-driven environment. We are now seeking a dynamic Payroll Manager to lead our team, drive excellence, and ensure we consistently meet client expectations and deadlines.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across compensation, benefi ts, and deductions.
• Lead and support junior payroll staff, providing guidance and training to maintain effi cient operations.
• Maintain accurate payroll records, including employee hours, deductions, and benefi ts, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.

Skills and Attributes for Success:
• Education & Qualifi cations: Degree in Business Administration or HRM; part/fully qualifi ed in CA, CIMA, ACCA, or CMA is an advantage.
• Experience & Expertise: Minimum 5 years’ experience in payroll operations, including APIT tax application; 
finance/accounting exposure preferred.
• Technical Skills: Strong profi ciency in Microsoft Excel and payroll software, with solid knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance.
• Soft Skills: Excellent English communication and client interaction skills; strong teamwork, technical aptitude, and 
ability to work under pressure.
