The opportunity

In this managerial role you will work with Learning & Development (L&D) team and support the Partner in charge of Learning & Development.

Your key responsibilities

EY’s Global Learning function designs and develops learning for EY professionals across the world. The deployment of all learning and professional development is handled by trained professionals hand-picked from a pool of international and local resources.

Skills and attributes for success

• Strong understanding of EY, highly organized, and able to prioritize independently
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team‑coaching skills
• Strong team player with problem‑solving ability and a positive, change‑driven mindset
• Skilled in talent data analysis and key IT tools; interest in course design and program management

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Professional qualification in the field of HR, L&D or coaching
• Experience of working in professional services or corporate environment for at least 3 years
• Experience of working in Learning & Development, and engaged as a professional coach is a plus
