The Opportunity
• As an ERP Consultant you will be exposed to business processes of variety of industries (e.g., Manufacturing, Retail and etc.) and you will be a part of a team who add value to business processes by including business process re-engineering, process standardization, industry best practices and including controls.
• Working as an independent consultant, you'll enjoy the freedom to adapt and excel in various environments, while assisting clients in selecting the right ERP system. This role offers dynamic and rewarding professional experience, allowing you to shape and enhance the operational effi ciency of businesses across multiple sectors.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
• Lead Teams and Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for suitable solutions
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and effi ciencies within the client organization
• Developing To-Be processes by introducing business process re-engineering, process standardization, automation and process controls
• Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, providing updates and addressing concerns
• Evaluation of solutions which cater to client’s functional requirements
Skills and Attributes for Success
• Masters/Bachelor’s degree in fi nance, MIS, Business Management, or IT Business Information Systems from a recognized university
• Sound knowledge in Finance & Accounting
• Proficiency in world-renowned ERP solutions
• In-depth knowledge of business processes, Business Process Reengineering (BPR) initiatives, and Value Stream Mapping (Specially in Finance)
• Strong leadership skills and ability to lead a team of minimum 5 members
• A problem-solving mindset and effective decision-making abilities
• Excellent client service and presentation skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong analytical skills with meticulous research profi ciency
• Expertise in vendor/client relationship management
• Demonstrated eagerness to learn and the ability to work with minimum supervision
