The Role 
As a manager within EY Consulting, you will: 

• Lead complex client engagements, designing and delivering impactful solutions across consulting specializations. 
• Shape and optimize processes, drive operational and technology-based enhancements.  
• Coach, mentor, and inspire project teams, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive culture. 

• Drive business development, collaborate across service lines, and build strong stakeholder relationships — working alongside Directors and Partners to win new opportunities.  
• Contribute to thought leadership and intellectual capital, including proposal development and client presentations. 

Proven track record in: 
• Leading end-to-end projects and delivering quality outcomes. 
• Stakeholder management and client engagement. 

• Business process redesign and technology implementation. 
• Proposal writing, presentation, and developing business solutions. 
• Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills: 

• Excellent written and verbal English. 
• Ability to innovate, work in agile teams, and adapt in fast-paced environments.   
• Comfortable in managing a portfolio of clients while meeting deadlines.  

• Flexibility to work long hours if required 

What We’re Looking For 
• A fully qualified member of ACCA, CIMA, CA with an additional qualification in CIA or CISA.  
• A bachelor’s degree or Master’s in Business, Finance, Accounting, or IT (Optional). 

• 5–9 years of relevant experience in consulting, professional services, or related industries — ideally with experience in a Big-4.
