Global Delivery Services refers to EY's worldwide network of service delivery centers. The GDS team plays an important role in EY’s strategy by ensuring effective support to EY’s growth agenda.

Client service is focused on providing Consulting, Assurance, Tax, Strategy & Transactions, and Knowledge support to our clients around the world. The teams enable account teams worldwide to provide seamless, high-quality, value-added support, helping deliver exceptional client service.
Enablement Services provides cost-effective, high-skilled, and innovative services to support EY’s global and local enablement teams. Markets, BMC, AWS, Finance and Accounting, Risk Management, Procurement, People Shared Services, IT Service Delivery and IT Global Infrastructure services, are among the services offered by Enablement Services.
Our innovation specialists serve the GDS Client Service and Enablement Services teams, along with Service Lines, Core Business Services and Sectors. The team brings the desired environment, technologies and skilled teams together for facilitation, rapid prototyping and innovative thinking. The competencies offered include analytics, digital, user experience, mobile technology, infrastructure, Microsoft technologies and open innovation.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a senior professional to join the delivery team as a technical reference for development activities.
The role involves hands-on coding and code review, close collaboration with the Solution Architect to define implementation details, and the conscious adoption of AI tools to support productivity.
The position offers exposure to enterprise technologies and highly complex delivery challenges.

Your Key Responsibilities
- The selected candidate will join a team designing and implementing enterprise solutions based on ServiceNow for large national and international clients.
- Responsible for decision-making, optimizing processes, resource management, and overseeing team management as needed for task execution.
- Accountable for allocating personnel, supervising team members, assigning tasks, ensuring that the team has the necessary tools and support to succeed in their roles and optimizing and evaluating their performance to meet organizational goals.
- ServiceNow is currently the market leading platform for workflow management and business process automation, recognized by Gartner as a Leader across multiple quadrants (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM) and adopted by more than 85% of Fortune 500 companies.
- Where desired, candidates will have the opportunity to expand their skill set and certifications through a structured ServiceNow training and certification plan covering the platform’s key modules.
Skills and attributes for success
- Indicative minimum experience of 5+ years in full stack software development roles.
- Beyond years of experience, the selection process will assess the following criteria:
Criterion & Description
- Design autonomy - Independent management of the full development lifecycle, from requirement analysis to production release
- Technical leadership - Demonstrated experience in code review activities or technical coordination (including informal roles) over teams of at least 2–3 developers
- Technical decision making - Ability to take and justify architectural and implementation decisions in design review contexts
- Deliverable quality - Proven delivery track record with high quality standards — testable, maintainable code compliant with industry best practices
Mandatory Technical Skills
- Software Development & Architecture
- Strong knowledge of SOLID principles, major design patterns, and clean code best practices
- Full stack development experience (backend + frontend)
- Ability to work from an architecture defined by a Solution Architect, translating functional requirements into code and autonomously addressing implementation gaps
- Familiarity with testing strategies (unit, integration) and a strong focus on software quality
- Frontend
- Experience with one or more modern component based frameworks/libraries: React, Angular, Vue.js, Web Components
- Solid understanding of component based development, state management, component lifecycle, and REST API integration
- Ability to quickly learn new UI stacks in heterogeneous technology environments
- Code Review
- Structured experience in identifying architectural, security, performance, and readability issues in third party code
- Strong inclination to promote quality standards and provide constructive feedback
- AI Assisted Development
- Practical use of tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, or equivalent within everyday development workflows
- Critical understanding of the strengths and limitations of generative AI in software development
- Ability to validate AI generated output with awareness of risks (hallucinations, vulnerabilities, technical debt)
Soft Skills
- Autonomy & proactivity: ability to independently explore technical details of new technologies without constant supervision
- Technological curiosity: genuine interest in exploring new languages, frameworks, and paradigms — the role involves continuous exposure to complex technical challenges
- Technical communication: ability to clearly articulate design choices to both technical and non technical stakeholders
- Ownership & accountability: strong commitment to quality and responsibility for delivered solutions

- English B2–C1 — advanced comprehension, good production
Preferred Skills
- ServiceNow Platform
- Knowledge of the ServiceNow development framework in one or more of the following areas: domain scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies), Service Portal, backend (Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs), UI16, Next Experience (UI Builder, custom components, Seismic).
- If not already present, a dedicated onboarding path is planned.
- AI Driven Services
- Experience in designing or developing AI/ML based features (LLM API integrations, RAG architectures, chatbots, AI powered automation).
