The opportunity
- Duck Creek Support with minimum experience level of 9+ years.
Your key responsibilities
- Duck Creek Support and Maintenance Manager (9+ years) has the prior experience to manage support projects.
- Must be flexible to work in shifts (Rotational Shift – India Shift, UK Shift) and On Call Support on a roster-ed rotational basis.
- Proficient in maintaining and supporting Duck Creek project, enhancements, conducting testing, and managing deployments.
- Experience in Production support Projects
- Should be able to manage the key SLA’s and KPI’s for the successful execution of project.
Skills and attributes for success
- Deep understanding and experience of Duck Creek framework, implementation and components
- Experience in Core Java and Spring Boot.
- Excellent business communication skills
- Should have understanding and experience of software development best practices.
- Excellent leadership skills
- Prior Client facing experience
- Experience with tools like Service-now, JIRA, soap-ui, eclipse IDE, SVN, Jenkins.
- Understand service management and change management activities, along with SLAs and estimator tools.
- Should have worked on incident management , problem management and release management.
- Should have idea on SDLC life cycle along with release planning and management.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Service management knowledge as per ITIL.
- Good communication and resource management skills.
Certification:
- ITIL 4 certification (Good to have)
