Junior Direct Tax Analyst

Location: Cluj or any other city in Romania

The opportunity

Join our team and build a strong foundation in direct tax within a dynamic and collaborative environment. In this role, you will support the preparation of tax compliance documentation and calculations, while gaining exposure to both Romanian and international tax regulations.

You will work closely with experienced professionals, contribute to client engagements, and be involved in implementing processes for new clients. This is a great opportunity for someone with an economics background who is eager to learn, develop, and grow within the team.

Your key responsibilities

• Preparation of documentation and calculations for quarterly and annual tax compliance (corporate income tax, withholding, capital gains);
• Be involved in other tax support tasks, according to the request;
• Participation in developing, implementing the processes for new clients

Skills and attributes for success

• Basic knowledge of Romanian and international regulations of the direct taxes
• Bachelor/Master Degree in Economics
• Previous working experience in the industry or tax consulting/accounting firms would be a plus
• Fluent knowledge of English language

• Demonstrate reliability, ownership, and a proactive attitude in a team environment.
