Junior Accounting Analyst | HUB Team

The opportunity

We are looking for a Junior Accounting Analyst to join our team and start building a successful career in finance and accounting. In this role, you will support day-to-day accounting activities, assist with financial reporting and reconciliations, and help ensure the accuracy of financial data.

You will be part of a collaborative and supportive team, where you will receive guidance and hands-on experience while developing your technical and analytical skills. We value curiosity, attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and a proactive attitude.

Your key responsibilities

• Support the preparation and validation of accounting information used for statutory and compliance reporting.
• Assist in the preparation of annual statutory financial statements and periodic compliance reports.
• Contribute to tax compliance activities under the guidance of senior colleagues.
• Perform reconciliations and data quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial information.
• Ensure reporting activities are completed in accordance with internal policies, local regulations, and established deadlines.
   

Skills and attributes for success

• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken;
• Familiarity with ERP systems represents an advantage.

• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Have good analytical and problem-solving skills.
